Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders - worldwide.

However, there are some countries we do not ship to at the present time. These include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, India and China.

SECTION1 - WHERE WE SHIP

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The standard shipping is FREE for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders via DHL Express. Orders arrive mostly within 3-5 business days.

HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO

Items going to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are also shipped via DHL Express and arrive within 3 - 7 business days.

REST OF THE WORLD

We ship to Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and many other countries. During checkout you will see a drop-down list of countries we ship to. We ship international orders via DHL Express and It´s FREE. We take care of all duties & taxes, so you will NOT be charged any additional fees at delivery. Please note your package may require a signature upon arrival.

SECTION2 - SHIPPING PROCEDURES

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the DHL Express tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the DHL Express tracking number.

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

We do not accept returning items unless you received a wrong or damaged item. In case you received a wrong or damaged product, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition and the original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. 

Before returning your product, please e-mail us at sales@buttigo.com explaining the reasons why you want to return your purchased item. In case you received a wrong or damaged item, attaching product images will be very helpful.
  • We'll refund you 100 percent of the product price you paid
  • We will be responsible for the return postage
